Introduction to Lodging and Hospitality

This course meets the following State Career & Technical Standards:  Resources, Interpersonal Skills, Information, Systems, Technology and Careers.

  • Overview of restaurant management, safety, storage, preparation, equipment and internships (hospitality)
  • Overview of front desk, housekeeping, reservation, security and safety (lodging)
  • Local job shadowing and field trips
