Who is my student’s counselor?

Generally speaking, Mrs. Elgin is the counselor of record for students whose last name begins with A through L and Mr. Irvine for those students whose last name begins with M through Z.  Parents and students can request a particular counselor.

How do I find out how many credits I have and what classes I may still need in order to graduate?

Call or stop by the Guidance Office and your counselor and that information will be shared with you.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

Requests need to be made in writing.  The information that is needed for this request is: name at graduation, year of graduation, and address of where to mail the transcript and student signature.  This request can be made by mail

Requests for transcripts from students who have graduated 10 or more years ago must be made to:  Wyoming State Archives, Barrett Building, 2301 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, WY  82001.

Students can request an unofficial copy of their transcript from Ms. Walker or their counselor.

How does my student change a class?

• Students are allowed to change their classes for 2 weeks after a new semester has begun.  They need to stop by the Guidance Office and pick up a “Class Change Form” which is then submitted to Mrs. Flanagan or Mr. Myers for approval.  Mrs. Elgin or Mr. Irvine will then meet with the student.
Students may change their schedule prior to the beginning of a semester by visiting with their counselor.
